BRAND ROLL-OUT

SPONSORSHIP BROCHURE: PRINT AND DIGITAL
Project overview: Create a document for digital and print usage to pitch corporate donors with new sponsorship opportunities.
Problem & Solution: Because each of the sponsorship opportunities was different the problem was to present information that was relevant for each donation option while at the same time helping readers find similar and most information in a uniform way. We had decided that the benefits section was the most important one and I had placed it consistently in a similar way on each page. I than designed the rest of the page to fit information accordingly. For example the Year-Round Sponsorship section was different because of how sponsors were able to choose their contribution, and the Event Sponsorship pages had to show different sponsorship levels for each event.
ANNUAL REPORT: DIGITAL
Project overview: Create a digital annual report document that will be uploaded to the agency’s website.
Problem & Solution: Working with partially pre-established document, I redesigned it from a double-page document to a single page document to fit better with the digital versus print look. I have also helped to update the document with new materials such as tables and quotes in a consistent way through the document, and updated the overall branding to better reflect the current rebrand. This meant using mostly navy and gray-blue, and adding color only to some of the element for the program specific pages, making it consistent with brand template that I have already created (see brand roll-out page).
MERCH
Project overview: Design internal marketing materials for the agency while continuing to roll-out the new branding.
Scope of work: Working off of brand guidelines and with brand elements created by a brand designer I created variety of marketing materials and assets for the entire agency. Provided examples are just some of the types of materials that I have worked on, they include printed and digital versions of multi-page brochures, email and merchandise designs.
EMAIL MARKETING
Project overview: Create a bi-weekly newsletter to be send out to 3,500 subscribers to help connect readers to the brand and encourage participation and donations.
Problem & Solution: While working with limited capabilities of Constant Contact the challenge was to ensure that the brand could be represented accurately. I have used elements designed by the brand designer (logo, graphic elements and colors) to set up a general template. Additionally I reviewed analytics and coordinated with the content writer on placement and design for optimal copy lengh, and ideas how to improve open and click rates.
